How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?

We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the pot and protect the foliage. Our 'Green-Guard' boxes prevent movement and maintain moisture levels during transit to ensure your plant arrives in nursery-fresh condition.

What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?

We offer a 30-day 'Stay Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within the first 30 days, simply send us a photo of the plant and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Do the plants come with pots included?

All plants are shipped in their plastic nursery pots which feature essential drainage holes. We also offer a curated selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta pots that can be purchased separately to match your home decor.

How do I know which plant is right for my home's lighting?

Each product page includes a 'Light Requirement' guide. Generally, succulents and tropicals love bright indirect light, while Snake Plants and ZZs thrive in low-light corners. You can also filter our collection by light levels.

Do you offer care instructions for new plant parents?

Yes! Every order includes a digital care guide tailored to your specific species, covering watering schedules, humidity needs, and fertilization tips to help your new greenery thrive.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

Since we deal with living products, we process orders quickly. You can cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placement. Once the plant has been packed for transit, we can no longer make changes.
